C.J. brings deep cross-sector experience, having held senior leadership roles in energy, arts, and tech in Alberta before founding an award-winning sign and marketing company in Kelowna, B.C., where he’s been based since 2009. Today, he supports leaders and organizations across North America through customized executive coaching, leadership training, and facilitation that drives alignment, clarity, and performance.
Smarts
On the education side of things, C.J. is a Certified Executive Coach with the Center for Executive Coaching in Florida, USA and holds a PCC – Professional Certified Coach Designation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He’s a Genos Emotional Intelligence Certified Practitioner and a Certified Master Facilitator.
He also has a Bachelor of Applied Communications in Public Relations and a Master of Arts in Applied Communications. This means having a true professional in your corner, helping you with the tough issues, the growth opportunities and your success.
